We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to have an end-to-end responsibility in all HR functions for an electronics and electrical materials manufacturer who has offices in 6 countries.
A Typical Week
- Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan
- Create and keep track of the organization’s overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop the organisational structure to support future growth, using best practice principles.
- Develop and implement management talent planning.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Manage the company’s employee programmes, staff benefits and packages.
- Control the performance review programme to deliver continuous employee development.
- Regularly coach, mentor, and support colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Good command of written and spoken English
